Shipping:

Orders within Germany are delivered free of charge.
After receiving your order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. You will then be provided with a tracking number so that you can track your delivery.
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Thanks to our improved logistics, the estimated delivery time is now 6-10 business days.

Returns:

If you wish to return your order to us, you have 30 days after receipt to do so.
We kindly ask you to return the item independently using a shipping provider of your choice, using our original box.
We will process your return promptly and refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the goods. The refund will be credited via the original payment method used for your order!
Please understand that returns can only be accepted for items in their original condition and with all tags attached.
You will receive the exact return address upon request by email.
